Tim joined Legacy as a Carpenter Apprentice, His thirst for knowledge along with his hard work ethic and dependability has propelled him to his present position; Member/Project Manager. His work approach and trade knowledge has proven to be a great asset to Legacy’s managerial team.
BRUNO POULIN - PROJECT MANAGER
Bruno has 30+ years in the construction industry. He enjoys solving the challenges that inevitably arise on a construction site. His vast knowledge and managerial experience have him often sought after.

Steve has 30+ years in the construction industry. His hands-on knowledge and expertise make him a specialist in many aspects of construction. He has a true talent in the field and helps our company maintain an excellent reputation.

Kenny started with WallTech in 1989 and has been an integral part of the Legacy team since. His work ethic is unmatched and his knowledge of finishing are best in class.
DAVE VACHON - CHIEF ESTIMATOR
Dave has 30+ years of experience and knowledge of the commercial construction industry. Dave takes pride in his work by reviewing all aspects of construction documents to provide a thorough proposal and not just a bid.
TIM SCANLON - ESTIMATOR
Tim has an Associate’s degree from New Hampshire Community Tech College. With 18+ years of experience in the estimating field his expertise is spot on. Tim had hands on experience out on the job sites before joining our estimating team.
